Hi, I’m Sarah.
I've spent 35 years in the creative industry as a graphic designer, brand consultant and agency founder. I've helped hundreds of business owners get clear on who they are, what they stand for and how to communicate it in a way that actually works.
But in 2013, something shifted for me personally. I went through a profound spiritual awakening, and that lead me to train as a certified Emotion Code® and Body Code™ practitioner. What I discovered changed how I see everything.
The most stubborn business problems (the ones that strategy, planning and a new website never quite fix) almost always have an energetic root. Trapped emotions, inherited beliefs, patterns that run quietly in the background and sabotage even the best-laid plans. I’ve seen it in my clients for years. I’ve lived it myself.
So I now bring both sides of what I do into one place. The sharp, practical brand strategy I’ve spent years developing. And the deep, precise energy work that gets to what’s really been running the show.
